What we collect

When you send a request through this site, we receive what you type: your name, how to reach you (phone, email or Instagram), the treatments and timing you're interested in, and any note you add. Please don't include medical details in the form; we cover those privately at your consult.

How it's used

Your request goes to Jalen by email so she can reply to you personally. It isn't sold, shared with advertisers or added to a marketing list. If you later ask to join a mailing list, that's a separate, explicit choice.

Request emails are delivered through Resend, an email service provider, and the site is hosted on Vercel.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or cross-site tracking. If you arrive from a link that notes where you came from (for example a QR code at an event), the site keeps that note in a small first-party cookie for 90 days so Jalen knows how you found her. Nothing else is stored in your browser beyond what the form needs while you fill it in.

Your choices

Want your details removed, or want to know what we hold? Email Body@cinchere.com and we'll take care of it.
