Everyone responds differently, so I don't put a set number on it. For Premium Sculpt, most clients need a series of 8 to 12 sessions, depending on consistency and at-home care. For every treatment, we set your plan at your consult.

Some clients notice a change after the first session; the shape comes from the series. Results depend on hydration, nutrition, activity, body type and keeping to your schedule. Results vary from person to person and aren't guaranteed.

No. Expect warmth from the radiofrequency and firm pressure during the massage and wood therapy. Most clients find it relaxing.

Before: No alcohol for 24 hours before. No heavy meals for 6 hours before. Drink 40+ oz of water. After: Get your heart rate up and sweat. No alcohol for 24 hours after. Drink 60 oz of water. Take 1,000 mg of vitamin C on the day of treatment and the following 3 days to support collagen formation. Taking medication or managing a condition? Check with your doctor before changing anything.

It's for refining, not weight loss. Talk to me first if you're pregnant, might be pregnant or are breastfeeding; you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device; you have metal implants or an IUD in the treatment area; you have an active infection, skin condition or open wound in the area; you have a history of cancer, blood clots, or heart, liver or kidney conditions; you've had recent surgery, including liposuction, a BBL or a tummy tuck; or you're under a doctor's care for a condition that could be affected. We'll find the right option together.

I can work around active breakouts unless they're severe.

Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is a $100 fee, and a no-show is charged the full price of the treatment. The full policies are on the Policies page.
