The session

Step by step

Seven steps, always in this order. Each one sets up the next.

  1. No. 01Sauna, 10 min

Warms the body and gets circulation moving.

  2. No. 02Vibration plate

Wakes up the lymphatic system before the hands-on work.

  3. No. 03Lymphatic massage

Moves fluid along so the body can clear it.

  4. No. 04Cavitation

Ultrasound focused on the stubborn areas.

  5. No. 05RF skin tightening

Radiofrequency heat to firm and smooth the skin.

  6. No. 06Wood therapy

Wooden tools to sculpt and smooth, by hand.

  7. No. 07Vibration plate

To finish, so everything keeps moving after you leave.

What to expect

Results and your series

Some clients notice a change after the first session. The shape comes from the series, each session building on the last.

We set your plan at your consult, then keep it with maintenance visits once you're happy.

Questions

Good to know

No. Expect warmth from the RF and firm pressure during the massage and wood therapy. Most clients find it relaxing.

Often after the first session, with results building across your series. Every body responds differently, and we track it together.

It's for refining, not weight loss. If you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal implants in the area, tell me at your consult and we'll find the right option.
